The AMICI blend combines the best Arabica coffees: nine ingredients selected from South and Central America, Asia and Africa. The cocoa notes and full-bodiedness of South American coffees, the elegant acidity and ripe fruit and caramelised sugar of Central American beans, the bouquet of jasmine and freshness of African Arabicas, and finally the spicy and dried fruit notes of Asian coffees.
The amalgamation of the blend ingredients gives the coffee a smooth and complex taste, with a distinct sweetness and a pleasant, fragrant acidity that complements the bitterness of the roast.
