Acquired in 2017 by Umami Area Honduras, an alliance of over 30 European and Honduran partners, this plantation represents the inaugural venture in a committed enterprise aimed at producing premium Arabica coffee. The estate nurtures a diverse array of coffee varieties, each flourishing under medium to high shade, a cultivation technique that not only benefits the plants but also enhances the coffee’s aromatic complexity.
