Omar Rodriguez leads the family owned coffee business, and has, over two decades ago, chosen a very evocative name for one of his most distinctive plots located in Capucas, San Pedro Copán in Honduras. Alfolì in fact means " granary" and also evokes the place where the seeds of life are stored. Which is especially significant, considering that Omar is also an evangelical pastor, and that the land is home to an incredible botanical variety of plants, almost a botanical garden of local biodiversity: a variety of citrus trees, banana trees, plane trees, various blooms, palms, and shade plants whose aromatic notes are found abundantly in the coffee's flavore.
