Brewing recommendations

The Bio Blend works beautifully as espresso and filter coffee alike. For espresso we recommend a 1:2 ratio at 9 bars; for filter, 1:16 at 92–94 °C to let the floral notes shine.

The gentle medium roast preserves the character of the organic beans — balanced, aromatic, and just as enjoyable with milk.
