Nine origins. One signature.

There are two philosophies in coffee. One celebrates the individual: one farm, one plot, one vintage — every cup different, every harvest an event. We love it; our single-origin coffees are made that way.

The other philosophy is harder, and it is ours: consistency. A blend is the promise that the cup you drank this morning will succeed again tomorrow — even though harvests, vintages and weather change behind it. If a vintage turns out differently, we readjust — the way an orchestra retunes, without the audience ever hearing it.

The Amici Blend brings together nine Arabica origins from South and Central America, Asia and Africa: the cocoa notes and body of South America, the elegant acidity, ripe fruit and caramelised sugar of Central America, the jasmine bouquet and freshness of the African Arabicas, plus the spice and dried-fruit notes of Asia. In the cup: a soft, complex taste with distinct sweetness and a pleasant, fragrant acidity as a counterweight to the roast bitterness, carried by a silky, velvety body. The aftertaste starts with roasted hazelnuts and develops into sultanas and candied orange peel — it lingers long after the cup is empty.

Brewing recommendations

This versatile blend shines across all brewing methods. For filter coffee, use a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio at 93 °C to highlight the citrus brightness. For espresso, pull shots at 9 bars with a 1:2 ratio to emphasize the cocoa and caramel notes.

The medium roast profile makes this blend perfect for morning coffee — complex enough to enjoy black, balanced enough for milk-based drinks.
