He is responsible for the artistic direction and communication of Amici Caffè and shapes the brand's visual identity and appearance. He coordinates the development of content and communication projects and ensures that Amici's values, brand language and presence are conveyed consistently across all channels. He also contributes to the creative development of the brand, strengthening its identity and positioning.

Head of Purchasing & Customer Care
She coordinates purchasing and supplier relationships, ensuring continuity and quality in sourcing. She is also responsible for customer care, making sure our customers receive attentive, timely and solution-oriented support.
Nicola Marilungo
General Manager
Responsible for the overall management of Amici Caffè and the coordination of its various departments. He steers the implementation of the strategy, business development and internal organisation, and ensures that goals, people and processes are aligned with the company's growth.
Yvette Horak
Key Account & Office Management
She looks after our key accounts and helps build stable, long-term business relationships. She is also responsible for organising and coordinating the office and supports the company's day-to-day operations.

He coordinates the sales strategy and sales activities and helps expand our network of customers and dealers. He is directly responsible for sales in the cantons of Graubünden, St. Gallen, Thurgau, Schaffhausen, Zurich, Zug, Schwyz, Uri, Glarus, Appenzell Ausserrhoden and Appenzell Innerrhoden.

Sales Manager
He develops and maintains business relationships in German-speaking and western Switzerland, with a particular focus on expanding our network of customers and partners. German-speaking Switzerland: Bern, Lucerne, Obwalden, Nidwalden, Aargau, Solothurn, Basel-Landschaft, Basel-Stadt, Ticino and Upper Valais (the German-speaking part of Valais: Zermatt, Saas-Fee, Visp, Brig, etc.).
