We do it like wine: we start with the soil.

Anyone who takes wine seriously does not buy must: they tend vines. At some point it became clear to us that the same must apply to coffee. That is why our group today includes three farms, all run biodynamically:

Our commitment

Honesty is part of it: this project is young. So far, our own production covers only a small part of what you drink with us — the rest comes from independent partners whose quality meets the same standards, and our own share grows year by year.

All three farms are agronomically supported by the same team: Leonello Anello, biodynamic agronomist, and Héctor Luis Marin, who advises not only Mariposa but also Fiadanana and the Golden Farm — so that the same signature grows on three continents.
